Shipping and returns


Every order is processed in 1-5 business days and shipped with priority registered airmail from Poland, Europe. You will receive your tracking number, but please note that it may not appear in your country's postal operator system, until it arrives at your country's border. The most effective way to determine the accurate delivery date is to contact your local post office and provide them your tracking number- most post offices have access to the internal tracking system where they see current location of your wallet. You can obtain such information either by calling your local postal office or asking the accountant in person. 

If you miss the delivery please contact your local post office in 14 days to claim the package. After 14 days unclaimed packages will be shipped back to us, and we will ask you to cover the additional cost of re-shipping your wallet again.

Shipping time varies depending on your location:

- Europe (1-7 days)

- North & South America, Asia, Australia, Africa (1-3 weeks)

Please note that rarely packages may be held at your country's border for investigation, what can cause delay and is beyond our control. Delays may be also caused by weather conditions in your country or bigger than usual traffic, especially in December. 

If the product arrives incomplete or damaged contact us immediately.

Customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees when importing products into their country.


We gladly accept returns within 30 days from delivery. Please contact us before sending the product back. We will make full refund in 14 business days from the date of arrival in our post office. If the product you return arrives damaged, we will refund 20% if both plates are damaged, 50% if one plate is damaged and 100% if wallet is not damaged.
